“Large villa ,good outlook across Calpe.”
The best

A very nice 3 bedroom villa with a wonderful outlook across the bay from the covered terrace. Lovely deep pool and sun trap area.As only two of us ,plenty of room. Modern kitchen and bathroom one has shower one has bath .Roof terrace as well but not used. Good size lounge with leather suite. Parking outside or garage if needed ,a gated property. Washing machine hidden behind villa in separate compound in cupboard.Dishwasher oven and induction hob,Large fridge freezer. Microwave.Rain shower with connected movable head ,comfortable mattress in master bedroom.Mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner,brooms.This villa is quite a long way from Calpe centre on narrow winding roads. Enjoyed our 21 day stay.

To be improved

Nothing out side had been cleaned,needed to wash down tables and seats and roof terrace had not been touched for months. Could sleep 6 people but only 2 cooking pots and 4 sun loungers. Shower drain blocked on first night at 23.00 and started to flood shower room so had two pull out 2 years worth of hair from drain.All sinks slow to drain and sink plunger split. None of this was a bother as only two of us . Pool floor drain is missing grill and flap on top filter missing. Mattress in other than main bedroom old and stained.Coffee machine in bad state luckily bought our own Nespresso machine.
