The best

Beautiful apartment and outdoor space. 20 mins by bus from Playa del Ingles. Aircon in the main bedroom. Maxi couldn't be more helpful. He obviously takes great pride in his place.

“Vacation at Maspalomas-Sonnenland”
The best

Everything was OK. The apartament was fresh, clean and equiped with all possible things. We were expected and received a warm welcome. Very good communication with the Administrator via the automatic tool. Privacy was respected. Two supermarkets (Spar and Aldi) within a short walking distance and the bus stop (bus Nr. 73) towards Faro de Maspalomas around the corner.

To be improved

There was a general renovation of the neighbours house behind the wall - noises and smells (of paint/acryl?) during the day. Lots of barking and yelping dogs at the neighbours.
