The best

Excellent location, near to train station and beach, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Air conditioning in all the rooms and shutters kept the bedrooms dark so you could have a good sleep

To be improved

We could had done with more towels but other than that everything was excellent

“Great location , needs some TLC”
The best

Excellent location . Close to cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, train station and most importantly the beach . The property is on the quiet street. The kitchen is very well equipped ( we were able to cook a Xmas dinner for 4. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable .

To be improved

We stayed for two weeks over Xmas . Although the property has reversed cycle air con (including heating ) it is quite cold over all. The second bathroom was literally outside and this made too cold to use it for showers . The photos must have been made a while ago as the house needs some basic TLC . Lastly the house lacks sun which may be very beneficial in the summer but in the winter it was too cold to take adventure of the patio.

“A good place for working abroad”
The best

It did us nicely for a week in mataro. Plenty of room for 3 of us to work from there - good WiFi! In terms of location you probably couldn't ask for anything better in the town.

To be improved

Beds were a bit hard for me, didn't sleep well. Had a couple of issues with shutters on windows.
