Unfortunately whilst there's lots of potential, the apartment smelt of urine. Which was coming from the sofa area.they came immediately to 'sort'the issue spraying cleaning etc but with something like this, it's not going to be resolved by this. The sofa needs replacing as the smell came back that evening and for the rest of the stay. When you book a stay you don't want to be dealing with issues like this when you are going away for a break! There were several little things that showed the apartment needed checking over before being rented out eg light switch casing fell off when you used it, toilet seat also fell off eventually, water dripping from the boiler, the fan stopped working, it goes on. Shame!

I recently stayed at this property during my vacation, and I was really impressed with how smooth everything went. Picking up the keys was so easy and straightforward, thanks to the lockboxes. I really appreciated being able to arrive on my own schedule without having to coordinate with anyone there. It's a small thing but it made a big difference in starting the vacation stress-free. The location of Maxorata City Center was a dream come true. It's tucked away on a quiet side street, making it peaceful and safe—a nice break from the busyness I'm used to. I felt so relaxed. And the beach in Morro Jable? It's just a short walk away. I loved being so close to the sea. Plus, having shops and restaurants all around was super convenient. I could grab anything I needed or enjoy a meal out without any hassle. Honestly, I'm so happy with my stay. The place was perfect for a relaxing getaway. I felt safe, comfortable, and everything I wanted was just around the corner. I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient vacation spot.

I couldn't find a single thing that needed improvement—it was just perfect for my stay. During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was not only equipped with essential dishes and utensils but also featured a hair dryer, adding a touch of convenience to my daily routine. Additionally, the availability of free parking either directly at the property or at a nearby parking facility was a significant advantage, enhancing the overall ease and comfort of my visit.

“Superb”

The best

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, really close to the beach (some of the most gorgeous sunsets I've ever seen!). Everything felt new and clean, the kitchen was well equipped and I really loved the open wardrobe! Good WiFi and set up for working remotely. Nice and responsive host.

To be improved

The only downside is that the apartment is located on the ground floor and the windows don't have any outside shutter.
