great location, very well appointed apartment, very well laid out, spacious, clean, very nice terrace, very livable. it does have stairs as it is on first floor, I am a 77y.o.with bad back and knees and did great.

* Alejandro and Mery the property managers are very supportive (Post check-in and Key handover, during the stay and check-out) everything went smooth * The apartment is brand new. * Apartment very clean * Perfect location (Close to metro station MERCADO, close to grocery, fast-food, coffee shop, bus station …etc

To be improved

* Some construction works start at 8:30 morning, may be they finish soon, it’s OK * You can hear people talking in the street during the night but it’s OK as its normal, may be the windows are not sound proof * No parking for people who think to bring a car * I think that it’s very important to add one more picture of the entrance of the property, this can give an idea about the area, location and the street in overall.
