Location and cleanliness and fantastic staff

To be improved

No elevator for our heavy luggage. One of the showers had 2 screws in the wall that I hit my hand. Thankfully, I wasn’t hurt. Everything else was great!

“Exceptional place to stay in the heart of the old town”
The best

We had an awesome stay here. It was clean, in the heart of the old town of San Sebastian and they made us feel like it was home. We brought our 1 year old and they were very accommodating providing a cot and a safe apartment. The facilities were great, and there was everything we needed. When we come back, we will stay here!

“Modern 3BR+2Baths apartment”
The best

Fantastic location. Spacious and clean apartment. Nice kitchen with full cooking and dinnerware. Washer and dryer and dishwasher were a plus. Electronic access proved to be very convenient since there were 6 of us.

To be improved

Felt stuffy but there were fans in each bedroom including the living room so it helped a bit. No elevator so it was a bit of a struggle lugging the suitcases up the stairs. Car couldn’t get very close to the apartment since the area is only for authorised vehicles- it was therefore a bit of a challenge unloading and loading our suitcases as it was raining on both days. I guess there is a trade off for being in a great location.

Beautiful apartment - loved the high-end finish. Had everything we needed to make our stay really comfortable. The location was perfect.

To be improved

Get quite a bit of street noise late at night that impact the bedrooms on the front of the property.
