It was the beginning like an escape room to go in but in the end I noticed that it was sure and funny! The apartment was very cozy and clean, good also to chill out

Unfortunately it was raining all the time and we did not enjoy the terrace

The property was close to metro,train stations and Badalona promenade.

To be improved

The furniture was a bit uncomfortable and in some areas it was a bit grubby/unclean.

“A good get away from busy downtown”

The best

The location! Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The washer on site was a god send! Apartment is very close to beach...a way quieter one than the ones downtown. Bed was comfortable. Fan in bedroom kept Air nice and cool at night. Many grocery stores minutes away.

To be improved

The were few amenities. A small amount of them goes a long way. Like shampoo and creme rinse. Or body wash. Struggled to get additional toilet paper. Done oil for cooking etc.

The best

The apartments are close to the sea, 5 minutes away are 2 relatively large supermarkets. There is a metro station 8 minutes away and there is a large playground in the park. There is a quiet street. Comfortable bed, big TV. It was clean. The girl who talked to me by phone and gave me room information was very nice

To be improved

But there was some unpleasant odor from the bathroom. Since the window is only the door to the terrace, it was difficult to ventilate. I did not like the communication via Avaibook. I was on vacation with my children and couldn't check them in because they were under 18 years old. I got emails that I have to finish the checkout process 5 times or more. I was really worried about it. When I asked when the deposit would be returned to me, they did not answer me for 2 days or answered with a request to evaluate the room. It's incomprehensible and annoying.

The best

Very nice apartment, near the metro station, supermarket and near the beach. We were in contact with very kind owner via mobile phone and whatsapp. The air conditioning worked well. We appreciated the nice yard. We can recommend this apartment :-)
