Mazi Plaça Gran

The apartment is divided into two parts and you have to walk "outside" (with the small steps, not even flat) in order to go to the other room. Although there is a sort of ceiling, it was extremely inconvenient to move between kitchen (which is connected to the main building and has entrance door) and bedroom (the toilet is located on this side). Moreover, the humidity inside was unbearable, especially in the bedroom. It was so humid that my laptop bag got moldy after one week. We used Air-conditioning but after a few days, it started dropping water inside of the room. The bedroom has no usable window. The only window exists is located on the ceiling and not reachable and there is a big duct or something outside of this window. It was impossible to get some fresh air into this room. In the kitchen part, there is no Air-conditioning but ceiling fan which doesn't cool down the temperature of the room during day although our stay was in May...Last but not least, the laundry machine is outside of the room and shared with other people. During the first week of our stay, we couldn't do the laundry because we didn't get the laundry rack. Apparently someone was using and keeping it in their room for a week. I asked the owner to give us the laundry rack but they didn't do anything...After one week, we finally could do the laundry.

The area during the days and evenings are crowded and it can get very noisy. It didn’t bother us, but for some people it might be an important point. Also we didn’t have enough oxygen and I needed to open balcony during the night (which was scary a bit haha).

The room wasn't clean apart from the bed. The floor was full of dust all over the room

We had to reduce the length of our stay as there were active building works in the building that began in the morning, and the fumes made it difficult to breathe inside the apartment. It has been 5+ weeks and we are still waiting on the host to answer our concerns

Not the property fault but there is a small market which if you have a late night with work or something can be a bit busy but you can only expect that being in the city.
