The host is very friendly and helpful

To be improved

The apartment is above the bar, and it's impossible to sleep at night due to the loud noise. The restaurant’s storage room is next to the apartment, and people come in throughout the night to retrieve items. The bedrooms have what I would describe as artificial windows—when you open them, you see air conditioners and a wall. Overall, very poor value for money. Parking cost extra 20 eur per night.

It was all lovely, clean and excellent value for money.

The evening noise was quite loud… sounded like the people in the bar downstairs were in the flat. But, that’s what you expect in a city centre, so still scored it very highly!

Our stay was perfect. The apartment was very spacious, luxurious and clean. Sandra, our host, was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much for all the help. Bilbao is a wonderful place to visit, especially at this time of the year.
