Clean, comfortable, good size

To be improved

Very far away from main area of Valencia, however easy 15 minute walk to Conference centre. Didn’t feel it was in a good area, and as a solo traveller I did not feel safe when walking alone at night. Had to pay a 300 euro deposit on booking in, which was not in the initial booking information. It took at least 24-48 hours to get this money back and I had already returned home by then and did not need euros. You had to meet someone at a given time to check in and as my train was delayed I was late. Despite telling them I was going to be late they were upset. I am not sure why a key deposit box is not used like most modern places. If I arrived after 9pm I would have been charged a fee to check in!! Also, the address is incorrect and every time I used an uber or taxi I was never dropped at the correct address.

All necessary equipment was there, washing machine, dishwasher, iron even washing pods and traveler kit. Supermarcet and restaurants are nearby. Tram to city center is like 5 min walk
