Excellent. All of it. Clean, amazing location. Airy, staff was probably one of the very best I have encountered. A special thank you to the concierge staff. Just awesome planning every day/evening. The entire staff was so welcoming all along. Very nice. The room was also super clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Lights came on in the room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping such that we ended up moving rooms. Staff did not help a very drunk woman who was swaying and lying comatose or another who took her clothes off. They only reacted when customers pushed them to. The guy at the bar literally said ‘It’s normal’. Certainly isn’t normal to us.

Friendly and helpful members of staff Two pools including an adult only pool area Close to the beach Clothes steamer and hair straighteners provided in the room as well as a plug adapter Good size room (junior suite) and balcony Complimentary bottles of water provided in the room Air conditioning Bath Robes and slippers provided Access to electric bikes

When I turned all lights off at night, the power to the plug sockets seemed to stop, meaning that my phone did not charge overnight Noisy - My last night (Thursday) I could hear music late into the night. I'm not sure if that was from another room or the rooftop bar

Two pools with 1 adult only pool in the roof Food served in the restaurants good Music around the pool was a good volume to not intrusive Located next to the beach 9am wellness activities included like paddle boarding Clean well equipped gym though treadmill didn't function properly

The room I booked was advertised as a 2 bedroom suite. When we arrived it was just 1 bedroom. The hotel staff were great about allocating the adjoining room, but it wasn't ready, so we had to wait to unpack The WiFi connection in our suite was terrible and would only connect if I went out to the balcony The plug sockets were somehow connected to the lights so when we switched off the lights at night, our phones wouldn't charge As we'd booked a suite, we were entitled to lots of extras. It would have been good if the hotel had contacted us in advance of our stay to tell us more about those as we didn't have time to take advantage by the time we arrived We were asked preferences for the housekeeping team to service the room. They didn't keep to that and twice we came back to the room the cleaners were in. On another day they missed turn down in the 2nd/adjoining bedroom but did it for the main bedroom/suite which was strange The balcony/terrace and jacuzzi in the suite weren't cleaned during our 5 day stay
