“We had a wonderful stay at Medano Beach Villa! The location is perfect — just a few steps from the ocean and very peaceful. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The terrace with sea view was our favorite place to relax in the morning and at sunset. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Thank you for a lovely vacation — we would love to come back again!”

“Lovely villa in a perfect location for exploring the island”

The best

The villa is about 15 minute walk to El Medano centre which was perfect for us. Lovely sea views and great facilities. Maria was excellent with all the organising, communication and gaining access. Claudio was excellent! Made sure we had everything we needed and gave us lots of recommendations on things to do.

“House well worth to consider”

The house is spacious, it’s great to have 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full and one half bathrooms. Location is great, not directly in the busy town, but all close enough with a bit of walking. Really enjoyed the sunrise and sea view from the balcony!Downtown center is about 2km, but some nice places to eat and beach even closer. Maria was accessible all times, very responsive for any questions. She arranged for beach towels, extra toilet paper when we asked for those. She was also flexible with the timing of our departure, that meant a lot. Claudio, was exceptionally welcoming, provided great tips about things to do around.

To be improved

The walls are like paper, you hear the neighbors when they are around, and all planes leaving the island. We got used to it in a few days though. Note that TVs are not smart, although we didn’t miss watching them. I found it a bit pricey but we reserved late…

“The location is very good. The management is efficient, polite, willing to help. Actually they were absolutely fabulous with us, very empatic and generous. ( our toddlers were sick, they helped any possible way they could. Thank you again!) · Cons: Small suggestion:more bin bag and toilette paper supply. But I guess we could have asked for them right away there :)”
