Balcony is fabulous. Very windy.

Sofa is utterly dreadful. We had a serious leak in main bathroom have to say staff were excellent in resolving the issue.

TV sound not good at all Sofas were all futons/beds - need replacement as really not comfortable and very low to the ground. Patio shade would have been nice

perfect location for what we wanted. amazing apartment, spacious, good layout and with all the stuff you need. overall it was just what we needed.

desperately needs smoke/fire alarms - why these are not fitted I find hard to comprehend. it should be a legal requirement or at least something that landlords feel compelled to provide. it could also do with a refresh / deep clean at some stage but it was not bad.
