“Bad communication”

The best

Location lots of bars and restaurants close to bus stop.

To be improved

The communication was originally very poor from the office about keys. The area was far too remote for us, no walking trials, so forced to get about by bus to explore. It was very busy in the town so we needed to plan ahead for restaurants and make reservations.

“Perfect as described”

The best

I was late and they still waited for us no hard feelings, my bad, the appartment was well equiped renovated and clean, also got a cot anf a hifh chair for our baby

To be improved

We forgot our bech touwels and they only had normal towels, parking spot is realy tight

“Good”

The best

- very friendly staff that we could count on during our stay - welcome box of beer and wine - sea view on two sides of balcony - perfect location for el-medano

To be improved

- very short bed. If you are more than 180cm height your feet are outside of bed. For me this is very big minus - very noisy in bedroom when you keep window open during night - no air-condition so window must be open all the time
