“Happy enough with our stay”

The house was very clean and tidy upon arrival which is important when staying somewhere. The owners came every few days to clean the pool and outside area which was very good. The villa is super close to the airport and to the local supermarket which is ideal. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, it can be a bit windy but a warm wind so can be quite refreshing. There is off road parking with a car port to keep your vehicle cool which is helpful.

To be improved

A few pointers in my opinion for consideration. 1. The cooker needs upgrading or the symbols need replacing on the controls, you don’t know what the cooking settings are without guessing. 2. Need more utensils in the kitchen, wooden or plastic spoons/tongs/etc I couldn’t find any suitable for the indoor hob. 3. BBQ tools need an upgrade eg tongs 4. Stayed for two weeks yet no cleaner came at the end of week one unless I pay an extra charge. I’ve stayed in a lot of villas and haven’t ever been made to pay for a house clean on the second week. There was no spare bedding to change the beds and no cleaning products eg floor cleaner/bleach etc to undertake the clean myself without having to purchase products. 5. Master bedroom bed was so incredibly hard that it hurt to lay on after a while, option of a mattress topper would have been nice. 6. There is a huge fly issue outside around the porch/sitting area. I purchased 16 fly papers and they all filled up. I had citronella candles burning also. The flies were biting and leaving marks on my kids. I know you can’t control flies but maybe some natural repellant flowers/bushes may well help? Could it be the big fruit trees in the garden? I must admit this was a huge issue for us and it became most unenjoyable to sit outside that towards the end of the holiday we kind of gave up and went indoors unless in the pool.

“A luxury house in the south of Tenerife”

Simply wonderful. From the easy way that check-in was made by Medano4you, up to the whole details: wine, beers and of course, the impeccable cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the house. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, was spacious, beautifully decorated, very neat and elegant. Perfect for a family or group of friends. The beds were really comfortable. The friendly guy who did the check-in told us that all the mattresses were new. It was really noticeable. The garden with barbecue and pool is also amazing area to stay. Surprisingly, we could enjoy a quiet night of barbecue with a bath in the pool in Mid-November.

To be improved

The worst thing was not being able to stay more nights 😉.

“An Wonderful Villa to come back for sure!”

The villa is extraordinary😱❤️, with private pool, barbecue, large terrace with tables and outdoor sofa. We were a couple but the house is very large for several people. Very quiet and safe local area👏 with indoor and outdoor parking, surrounded by a complex of independent villas🏠 and away from the crowded tourist areas. The connection to the motorway is phenomenal because you can move around the island very quickly. It is close to the airport and only a 15 minute drive to the larges tourist beaches on the South. It has 3 bedrooms with big and comfortable mattresses,💙 a huge kitchen with all possible appliances: fridge that makes ice, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Multi-language TV and Netfilx free of charge. Good customer service on key handover. We will definitely come back!❤️❤️

To be improved

The two mango trees in the garden only bear fruit in June and August.😰
