The best

Rooftop space & living space nice design. Good location, parking in street was ok. Property quite well equipped. Plenty of linen & towels. Plenty of cutlery & crockery. Excellent supermarkets within easy walking distance, likewise town, cafes & restaurants.

To be improved

A few minor issues. The 2nd single bed really not comfy for adult. No ovenproof dishes or trays, so had to purchase. House not well sound proofed from neighbours, but so many hard surfaces, difficult. New shower curtain needed.

The best

We had a fantastic stay in Lucias rooftop holiday home, a house in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. The place was exceptionally clean and we did not miss anything. The rooftop is perfect for the morning coffee with a great view overlooking the bay, or simply to spend the afternoon in the sun. Within 10 minutes walking distance you can reach most of the restaurants and bars in the city. The beach is only 5 minutes away, including the Windsurfing spot El Cabezo. The big advantage is the open view, the privacy and the spacious and modern style of living that is offered here. The WiFi was super fast (fiber) and allowed to work remotely. On top, a late checkout was offered free of charge. Thanks again!
