“We stayed at the apartment for 4 weeks with our family and were very happy with our stay. The location is excellent — close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet in a quiet area. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, and communication with the host was fast and smooth. A great place for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!”

“Superb”

The best

Locality was perfect, with a view of the ocean from the balcony and very close to the beach. Sometimes it was noisy, but that's understandable given the location in the very downtown. It was very spacious, even there is a small area for working in the corner.

To be improved

Lack of dishwasher and very low quality coach in the living room.

“A great stay in El Médano, we can't wait to return!”

The best

Really nice apartment, right next to the sea and a minute's walk from the beach, plenty of places to eat, and a good range of shops and supermarkets within easy walking distance. The hosts were always very attentive when I asked them anything.

To be improved

Quite a lot of noise from outside especially in the evenings, but that is understandable for a first floor apartment in the centre of town. No dedicated parking so it was sometimes difficult to park nearby.

+ Everything as described + Very friendly staff + All clean + The kitchen was very well equipped + you can feel they thought of everything you need

To be improved

- sometimes smell from the restaurant downstairs - a dishwasher would be a great improvement
