Faulty electrical appliances with obvious damage which caused an electric shock to one of our guests. Ants everywhere - the only solution we found was to put bug spray all over the kitchen and leave all our food in the fridge. The floor was very dirty upon arrival, after complaining, they sent a cleaner. The oven and extractor fan don't work. The pool area has no seating and there was nothing in the apartment we could use. Although we travelled in February when the nights were quite cool, the apartment retains an enormous amount of heat making sleeping very difficult. Overall the apartment has some potential, it just seems to be incrediblely poorly run. The management company arrived one hour late to check-in, with no warning to us. And when we complained about all the above issues, their responses were generally quite arrogant and condescending, not taking any responsibility for the problems.

Uncomfortable sofa bed

No air conditioning which was my fault for not enquiring about as a result it was extremely hot. The pool had no seats or umbrellas so as a result we didn't use it. I was a bit disappointed with where the pool was situated from our apartment
