“Perfect place in Costa Brava.”
The best

Very nice apartment after all. Location is one of the best in L'Estartit - everything is nearby, while still privately fenced from the street/promenade. Breakfast on the terrace/balcony felt as almost on the beach while still in comfort. There is a managing agency looking after the property. We arrived during working hours and picked up the keys in their office - no way for any complication at all. Private parking is a big deal - we've chosen Estartit vs Roses just because of that.

To be improved

The apartment seemed to be a bit smelly in the beginning, Maybe wasn't used for a few days. Also, the first floor doesn't give you full benefits of the true sea view, which was otherwise just amazing. If there was a possibility to charge the car overnight we would gladly pay $15-20 more per night just for this.

Nice appartement, right on the beach. Comfortable for a family holiday. Well equipped kitchen. Staff at the rental agency was very friendly. A minor technical issue was quickly resolved. Close to the beach, private parking inside the gate. Two bathrooms + washing machine.

To be improved

Furniture is a bit outdated, but in decent condition.
