You get what you pay for the area, it’s close to the beach and restaurants and stores. we stayed there for 8 days the apartment is in need off renovation as there was paint falling from the wall and black mold from water damage on the walls

No change off bath towels and no means of drying used towels, no extra or change of bedding,freezing cold at night , bathroom freezing cold when showering due to no form of heating, shower head impossible to position, No oven , No curtains on patio door s , bathroom light switch faulty and bathroom door difficult to close Definitely not value for money

Perfect location for el Zoco which has bars and restaurants. Local for bus stop. Nice pool area with sun beds available.

To be improved

Bathroom needs smartening up as it’s quite grotty. Only one plug in kitchen which isn’t ideal as you need toaster and kettle at same time, would be ok if extra plugs were available. Outside furniture not very comfortable although it’s a nice little private garden. Parasol was broken so no shade available in the afternoon when it has full sun. Easily rectified if the parasol was replaced.

The location is excellent. Quite big for a studio apartment. Nice outside space.

The shower fitting over the bath needs replacing. The toaster didn't work out properly.
