“New modern apartment in Albir”
The best

The apartment is part of a small residential house on a quiet street, but close by to all shops and restaurants, and in a walking distance from the local beach. It is newly renovated and nicely decorated. I enjoyed the large sunny terrace with view to nearby mountain. If you come with a car you can convenietly park in front of the house at the street. The owner is very helpful and kind. The best value deal in the Albir area.

An excellent property in a fantastic location. Parking in the street, near to all facilities and not too distant from the beach.

To be improved

Possibly needs better insulation or TV relocated as the neighbour was obviously disturbed when the TV was switched on and not overly loud.
