“Building site, but will be lovely when it's finished”

To be improved

Half of the proprty / garden and swimming pool is still being built. The half that was finished was lovely, but there are buildings working on the third pool and half of the apartments. Very bad not to tell people it's a semi building site! Torrevieja is not a very nice place either... there are much nicer resorts in Spain.

There should have been a notice about limits to electricity consumption. We got charged additional 34 Euro.

“All Perfect!”

The best

The apartment was brand new, very clean, quiet and beautiful, great location close to the beach and many nice restaurants. The pool was good as well. We loved everything about Mediterranean Gardens and highly recommend it!

The best

Could not fault the apartment, it was gorgeous, had everything we needed. It was immaculately clean, the pools were brilliant, close to several supermarkets.

To be improved

I think there needs to be a little more shaded areas around the pool as there is only one and if there is already a family under it then there is nothing else. it is a little bit further away from the beach than i would have liked but as we are mobile it wasn’t too much of an issue and there are bars and restaurants around that area.

“Exceptional”

The best

Accommodation was fantastic. Property had everything you needed including a selection of toys and garden toys to play with. Would recommend as was lovely and quiet and most days we had the pools to ourselves!

To be improved

Location is out a bit and would recommened a hire car. There's a private space in the underground car park which is quite tight but plenty of street parking also. The site is still under construction. There's 3 pools available at present. The building works are very quiet in fairness and caused us no issues.
