An amazing property ,cannot fault in anyway,breakfast was fantastic ,rooms cleaned everyday ,pool was massive and no fighting for seats and the hotel provided us with pool towels,very clean hotel

Great rooms and beds. Friendly staff Amazing location Amazing amenities for children

To be improved

The non stop loud music, both during the day but mainly during the night. does it really need to be every night until 11pm and at such a loud volume? Its not a concert stadium, I can’t believe a 5 star hotel which attracts a lot of families risks making customers unhappy with the noise every evening to please a few. My advice - make it less frequent and lower volume.
