Swimming pool area, very clean

To be improved

The fact that I had to deal with a separate office in order to check in. Accessing the apt was done by using a smart phone. I had booked for my elderly parents who do not use a smart phone. Was told they would have to to another town to collect keys as it was outside normal hours. Got an extremely rude, arrogant woman on the phone who seriously needs to complete a customer relations course
