Hotel overall is lovely, pool areas were great for the children they loved it. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I didn't enjoy the food. There was plenty of it but it was never very hot and just not to my taste. Staff in the bar were not very friendly. It may have been because they didn't speak English. There was no information in our room about the hotel. We were given a sheet of paper telling us the buffet restaurant times. We have to pay to hire a kettle for our room. We had a fridge which contained nothing. No water or complimentary drinks on arrival! Very nice area to walk out of hotel but all very quiet. Everything seemed to have already closed for the season. A pleasant stay with the youngsters but not somewhere we would return to.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience , friendly and welcoming staff, good choice and quality of food, clean and comfortable rooms, clean and relaxing pool area. Right on the beach with cycle and walk paths.

Lovely location - beach across the road, beautiful promenade for walking & cycling. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, a table on the balcony would be good (suggestion, not a complaint). Hotel amenities were perfect for us - pools & slides for my son, arcade room & pool table too. Bar is large and comfortable. Local amenities were limited as it`s a quiet resort - this wasn`t an issue, we had all we could possibly need and appreciated the calm! The service was hit and miss, depending on team member. The food was good - we were half board, we loved the omelette station and fresh bread & pastries at breakfast. Dinner offered a good choice and was mostly enjoyable. Getting a drink with the meal was a faff and handing the receipt over to the staff to get it often felt like you were really putting them out. Overall it was good value for money, we had a great holiday and would stay again.

All good except: we paid extra for the sea view but we were unable to see it. Goad drinks, but not the biggest selection of the food. Clean, and tidy. Just two lifts for approx 500 rooms

What a fantastic hotel, food, location, facilities, staff all amazing We have just come home from an amazing week in this hotel, a short flight from the UK and a 45 minute transfer via coach. All really smooth travelling as a family of four with two young children. The location Outstanding, right on the beach (very small pebbles not sandy) a short walk to some nice shops and redone way and the castle and harbour 20 mins walk the other way. Highly recommend seeing both. The hotel Hotel was very clean, the pools were great, water slides the perfect size for a 7 year old (and 44 year old haha). Our room was a junior suite that was a great size, two king size beds and a large sofa bed if needed. The balcony was a great size too. 3rd floor and got the most amazing sunrises from our room. Really good space in the hotel never felt like you were on top of anyone, plenty of sun beds and space around all the pools. The food A couple of restaurants shut which was a shame but it was very end of season so we totally understand that it was closed for renovations. The main restaurant was Buffet style and the choices were fantastic. Even for a fussy 7 year old girl who doesn’t eat much. Plenty of meat, pizzas, paella, veggie options, fish, pastas, fruits and the desserts were top notch!! The Staff They couldn’t do enough for you, our entertainment guy was amazing, and learnt our daughters name on day one. He did the kids disco, face painting, darts, cornhole, ping pong just fantastic. For a family I would highly recommend this hotel for a break in the sun.
