The best

Rooms were great, modern and spotless. Nice touches such as water and coffee/biscuits. The toiletries were Rituals which was great.

To be improved

Parking was expensive & very tight. Pool area was disappointing - like they put the pools in and forgot about the surrounding area - lack of sun beds and all were in the shade, you aren’t allowed to move them onto the grass. Very small area of “patio”. No pool bar. No outside toilets, you have to go into reception but not allowed in in swimwear. No inflatables in pool either. Too many rules!

“They gave us a lovely greeting and nothing was an issue. We left our bags in the baggage room on last day and kept looking for things in our bags a few times during the day on the beach. They never became frustrated at us . This was really nice. · Cons: We booked 1 room for a family of 2 teenagers boy and girl, so a separate pull out bed would be ideal .”

Very spacious rooms ( we had the apartment type room) with a huge balcony - not typical 5 star types but good comfortable rooms with a kitchenette & washing machine- good sized bathroom.. very good location across the beach - would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re looking for space & comfort - walking distance to all good restaurants & convenience stores

“Would not go back. Old crusty hotel component property within a well located condo complex.”

The best

We did NOT love this place. Very convenient location, but older property with limited updates. This is a hotel/condo tower, within a condominium complex. Fresh coat of paint, but poor quality updated furnishings (peeling leather, peeling paint). Limited help at the front desk, only there part of the day and not super helpful. Pool towel on a card system retrieved from the front desk. Pool freezing cold even in the height of summer. Pool chairs cracked and screaming kids at all the pools, no adult pool/family pool situation. Rooms were large (apartment sized) with washing machine in most units (had to be sanitized with vinegar, smelled awful). Would not go back.

Amazing location and great to have the flexibility of an appartment vs just a hotel room. Lovely pool area, beach couldn’t be closer and amazing cafes and restaurants on the doorstep
