Some minor problems when arriving and with some installations, but owners were keen to fix problems.

Agressive neighbours: to avoid !!! On the first day of our installation, we were told to not leave our bike outside, which made us a bit surprised given that there was a motorcycle just in front of the door outside. We did what was asked. While making ourself comfortable with our stuff inside we decided to open the door and window and leave them open for some fresh air. We then put the shoes outside just in front the door. Keep in mind that the apartment gives on a yard where no one leaves. A woman knocked on the door aggressively and told me to remove the shoes. We did exactly that: make the shoes inside of the apartment. Yet we left the door open because it was warm inside and I do not handle the AC very well. The shoes were inside our apartment at the entrance. The neighbour came in, yelled at us, took one of our shoes, threw it in our direction, and slammed the door of our apartment. When I reopened the door, she came back with someone else and continued to shout at us. My partner was sleeping and woke up from the shouting and asked what was going on. He took the shoes and put them in another place of the apartment. They continued to shout at us and so we closed the door. We have not opened it since, but we could still hear them outside monitoring us. I told the owner of the apartment that I did not feel safe neither in the apartment nor to leave. I even hesitated to call the police. I asked the owner if the neighbours have been violent with other guests before. The owner told us to close the door and stay with window tilt open. I was shocked these people behaviour especially not knowing what they’re were still shouting at us. My partner and I could not believe what was happening. The owner told me that the building manager checked on the situation but we did not see anyone and never received any explanation on this behaviour. My partner and I decided to spend the night to calm our nerves but I still could not sleep fearing the neighbours.
