My family liked the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The kids loved the pool.

The staff that checked us in was slow, there was a line in front of me, but only one person at the front desk. There should have been more, specially at check-in time

Absolutely terrible non responsive stuff, ignorant to any asks, not rwady to support . thanksfully we found one lady who really cared and helped with technical issue, cause others were absolute 0. Breakfast was ok, can’t say much, but due to number of guests it felt like safari where you need to stand for 10 minutes to get a coffee. Rooms are not the cleanest eaither
