Meerblick Apartment Sabina

Advertised with air conditioning. A total lie. Fans in all rooms only circulate the hot air. Very uncomfortable at night. i would not have booked if i had known about the air con lie. I should get a refund as we have been conned. Bath/shower tap not working correctly despite this being reported by another visitor earlier in the year. Dated furniture. Cooking hob didn't work. Do Booking.com not check that adverts are correct as you are the people who take the booking so that makes you responsible. A £100 refund please Booking.com.

Cockroaches

Alot of the shops, cafes, restaurants were closed

Upon arrival we could smell drainage and this remained for the entire holiday.Spare bedroom was full of mould all over and bed bugs. Sofa in the sitting room full of sand and remains of previous clients. Cleanliness zero. Paid €80 when booking with Booking.com for nothing and when we asked about it we were told that we had to pay again for the cleaner to come and clean!! Toilet and bath filthy. Kitchen appliances most of them not working i.e. dishwaher, cooker,Fridge too small looks like a mini bar and with missing shelves. The other appliances that worked we were advised not to use them to save electricity. No aircondition although its mentioned in Booking.com website! Bath mixer was jammed and we had to wait for the maintenance man to come and see to it next morning. To take a shower you have to wait at least 1hr for the heating to be used by everyone. Extra towels we were told not to use as they wanted them for the next clients!
