Lovely hotel, pool and gardens are clean/well manicured. Conveniently located in new town about 3km from old town and 900 m from Levante beach. Buses stop opposite hotel to Altea, 4 euro return journey time around 40mins. Level experience is very good value for money and level lounge is lovely, calm space with great team to look after your every need, food and drink lovely. Only negative was some staff not switched on to observing guests without level wristband in the actual lounge and also in garden/pool area so sunbeds being occupied by other guests leaving level guests without sunbeds in sunny spots

Arrived 1 30 am .check in was quick Stayed on 11th floor Room spacious ..very clean.... My husband & myself found beds very hard ( some pps might like that ) Plenty storage ....... wardrobes has mirror doors which is great .but its very dark the lighting in that area ... Bathroom fab shower / bath ..shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel / body lotion all provide hairdryer in bathroom also.. There is a mini bar .which was not once re -stocked during our stay ( 10 days ) There is coffe/ tea provide.... Nice large balcony We were b&b Plenty of choice Pool area lovely ..plenty sunbeds about .. Cafe area staff lovely / friendly / happy credit to the hotel .... All in all a fab stay Housekeeping was great every day rooms cleaned All staff very helpful All credit to the hotel

Very good location, away from noises. Beautiful hotel. Room spacios, just old beds and not proper pillows i found dirty when we arrived and dark, just i know smelly when i was sleep, also a nail piece in bed table side, toilet dark. Need good clean, 2.30 wasn't clean room, i reported and action. Sofa bed very old with metal all around very old, y sister upset. All grounds clean and beautiful. Just need staff for good clean rooms. Restaurant beautiful, just the same food salads the same, not vegan i have to eat fish all the time. Also plates need clean coming dirty and glases smell. Juices just water not tasty , also alcohol all inclusive. Entertainment the best childrens just for half hour and then doing crafts and adults can enjoy, good programs. All staff excellent including the subdirector female and other one, care about customers. I can mention Jose incredible nice man. Justo excelent and Stebenies , Andres from kitchen explain to the customers abot big fish the name ad how processed nice boy. Indoor pool lovely just around dated , old, include sauna dirty and all that room toilets and showers broken. My mum received bottle of wine and cake for her birthday 92. Outdoor pools beautiful , plenty chairs, good for summer.

Great value for money with great pools and location

Great hotel . Lovely room. The main disappointment was the options for vegetarians. Asked before about and said there were plenlty. Every night was either spaghetti or salad. When asked was there anything else I was looked like I was silly… a little disappointed. Apart from that a fantastic hotel the bar staff on the main main where great!

Firstly just wanted to say how amazing jose was! He’s only been here 2 weeks and was fab had us laughing every night. His dance moves are great 🤣 he’s so nice to everyone so welcoming! He is a credit to this hotel! brilliant! The food was ok same thing every night. The pool was lovely even though it was freezing, beautiful views, and the party entrainment night was great!
