“Nice but could be improved.”
Quiet location, but close enough to bars and restaurants
Rude and slow Cote Nao staff. Reception staff ignoring requests.
“Decent clean hotel”
We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the property was clean and well-maintained, with good amenities. Right on the beach and surrounded with many good restaurants. The two pools were a highlight—very enjoyable, with plenty of fun sports activities that added to the experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was appreciated, though the coffee was quite disappointing. However, there were a few downsides. Our room was very small for three people; there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Communication with some of the staff was difficult due to language barriers. Some staffs had no issue talking in English. When we had a plumbing issue, it took seven calls to finally get it resolved, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, it’s a decent place if you're looking for a clean hotel with great recreational options, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and communication. For the price we paid, I expected a little more.
Maintenance service, Coffee, some annoying staff that stopped you every day to talk about the pricing program.
“Great location & facilities. Terrible Staff.”
Great location and facilities.
THE RESORT STAFF WERE HORRIBLE, RUDE, VERY BAD ATTITUDE, WE SHOULD EXPECT MORE FROM A HOTEL OF THIS QUALITY. NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY AT ALL.
“Excellent in every way and would definitely recommend this hotel”
Everything about it was excellent
Sun beds were all taken (towels placed but no people on them) before the pool even opened!
“Too noise and bad comfort”
Breakfast was the only good as well as the pool.
The noise: I slept terribly due to noise from other rooms. The sound insulation is poor. A chair moving upstairs in the middle of the night could wake me. But much, much worse: the terrace door was impossible to close (see photo). With the noise from surrounding parties, including the hotel's own events, it was a disaster. Even on the 7th floor, it was a literal nightmare. Luckily, I found a way to wedge the door shut with a little spoon, which closed the gap slightly. But with that solution, I wasn’t able to use the terrace at all. The lights: Room was impossible to darken. From the windows came always big light underneath and from the main door too, which even had a huge fire map in fluorescent lightning. The pillows: We booked a room for three people, the third being our 2-year-old son. The size of the pillows was gigantic. Our boy got a sore neck. I asked for smaller pillows, but they had none — not a single normal-sized pillow in the whole hotel. I had to wrap the pillowcase around some towels to create a makeshift small pillow. Awful. Just awful. The parking: The hotel couldn’t guarantee a parking space before arrival, which made it risky to show up with a rental car. We were lucky to be offered a spot in their small parking lot. We paid 30 euros per day — a total of 150 euros — just to park our car. I’ve never felt more taken advantage of. And that was for an outdoor spot under trees that dropped lots of leaves and debris onto the car. Other details: The toilet paper was thinner than some of the materials used by NASA. Wifi didn't work in hotel lounge/bar area.
