Beautiful area with access to beaches and restaurants.
Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Rooftop pool area was beautiful; however, some amenities were closed.
Spacious room with a beautiful balcony and sea view.
Stay was disappointing due to service and food quality, but pleasant location.
Hotel appeared to be poorly maintained.
“The most perfect location, will 100% be staying again!”
Gorgeous location and the rooms were beautiful, super friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was lovely with so many different options.
“A perfect adults-only hotel for a girls’ trip”
Meliá Ibiza is a wonderful choice for an adults-only girls’ trip. The hotel is bright, airy, and very relaxing from the moment you arrive. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well designed, making it an easy place to unwind. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and it was lovely to be able to sit either inside or outside depending on the mood and weather. The pool area has a great outlook, and the bar is comfortable with an excellent drinks selection – ideal for relaxed afternoons and evenings. The location is nice and quiet, which really adds to the calm, grown-up feel of the hotel. A great base for a relaxing Ibiza break – we’d happily return and would definitely recommend it.
“Not a 4* go b and b only”
On arrival main entrance all locked up , so not a great start and got worse ,we were informed that Two thirds of the hotel was now closed including the main pool area , spa, bars and eating areas Having paid for level up we found that others there who had booked a standard room had all been upgraded to the level area ( as this was the only section open) so obviously we were miffed Having paid for half board the only option was now Italian a la carte with the same menu every night , the food standard was poor , always lukewarm and the menu options were not available every day , even a salad wasn’t available one evening , we ended up eating out so yet another waste of money Also by day 2 the hotel was surrounded by security fencing , looking more like an asylum hotel in the uk The staff just seemed to be going through the motions at the end of season To make matters worse while we were in the centre of Santa Eulalia on the morning of Sunday the 26th (our last day) enjoying a coffee in the square we had a phone call from the hotel telling us we had to get back to the hotel and be out of the hotel and room by 2pm as it was all being locked up , as we were not being picked up until 6:30 to 7 pm we couldn’t even leave our cases there , even though we were previously told we could have the room as long as we wanted it as nobody was using it after . We eventually had to go to another hotel where we could leave our cases and have a shower and freshen up Not the ideal situation and very stressful On booking nothing was mentioned about areas being closed , in fact they were advertised as being open until the 30th Overall a really disappointing stay The area is lovely but just really let down by our accommodation and standards
“Wow”
Just back from a wonderful week at Melia Ibiza! From start to finish everything was perfect. The warm welcome, the gorgeous breakfast and stunning views- could not of asked for anything else. Just a short walk to the marina for restaurants and short walks to beaches/coves this is an idyllic getaway.
“Another wonderful time.”
We have just returned from another wonderful holiday at the Melia Ibiza. This was our second visit this year. We loved the hotel so much that we just had to return. We stayed in The Level again, this concept suits us very well. The Level is in a separate building to the rest of the hotel. A sumptuous breakfast is served in lounge and gardens, with stunning sea views. There is a roof top exclusively for level guests , with an infinity pool and lots of sun beds and Bali beds. You can have drinks and food there whilst enjoying the sea views. You can have Cava, wine and beer all day with nibbles. Between 5pm and 6pm you can enjoy tapas, cake and premium drinks in the lounge. The level is worth the extra cost, as you are made to feel very special but what makes this hotel so special is the Team. Raquel and her Team do everything they can to make your holiday very memorable. We will be going again next year and we cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.
“Nice hotel good b&b option”
This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are well furnished. Good bed and bedding. Nice big shower. Bathroom not massive but functional. Staff all friendly and positive. Cleaners excellent. Breakfast selection was good. Pool was good but not heated. Fresh in October. What badly let it down for use was buying the half board option. Food in the evenings was tasty but often Luke warm and there are no hot plates. Luke warm food on cold plates soon becomes Unappetising. We had bad weather and the dining room couldn’t cope with a crowd. We would recommend this hotel but only on a b&b basis.
