“Disappointing”

The best

Service lacks personal touch, too many small niggly issues with seasonal air con, room fridge not working, ants in the room, inflexible front office staff (declining 1 hour extension to check out) , room had a blacked out window! Nice big rooms, good room servicing and excellent breakfast (don’t miss it ) - good location in upscale Salamanca.

“Good Stay”

The best

Modern hotel in a busy area. Room was clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee/ kettle in room. Robes and slippers were a very nice touch. Bathroom was clean, shower door did not close properly. Room and bathroom could use some maintenance. Amazing breakfast buffet, including an omelet/egg station. Good service. Many food places within walking distance. Overall, a good stay.

“Great location”

The best

The hotel is located centrally and close to everything. They offered a room outside or inside. We chose outside and there was no noise issues. The service is great and the breakfast spread is HUGE.

“One-week business stay – Exceptional staff!”

The best

First, I would like to highlight that no one asked me to write this review, unlike what often happens in many places. It simply comes naturally after such a positive experience. I spent a week in this hotel in Madrid for a meeting with participants from several countries and I must say that the experience was greatly enhanced by the staff, who were simply amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, but I would especially like to mention Alexander and his manager (Paco?), whose natural kindness, efficiency and constant smiles truly made a difference. They were always available, welcoming and ready to help without ever needing to be asked twice. They were everywhere, everytime!!! The food is another strong point of the hotel: varied, delicious and suitable for all tastes. Our whole group appreciated the meals throughout the week. The only small downside concerns the rooms: mine was a bit small and it might need a refresh to match the excellent quality of the other services offered. Overall, an excellent hotel for both business and leisure stays, with exceptional staff who truly make all the difference. Highly recommended!

“Never again”

The best

I booked trough booking.com for 1 night for €370 they gave me a room on the ground floor facing a backyard full of trash. I had to complain in order to change room . The attitude was bad as they were giving me a room for free .. the shower floor is extremely slippery. The bathroom and the room very basic . The only good thing ( but very expensive) is the breakfast.

Premium the Level room for 2 adults, 1 kid: - the Level service is excellent - spacious room - room photos on hotel website did not correspond with our room - no terrace, only one small blinded window giving view on narrow courtyard, creating bunker atmosphere inside room - limited aerating of room possible, except via usage of airco - fridge not working - small leakage bath tube - amenities not replaced generalities: - friendly and help-full staff - good service of housekeeping and cleaning staff - complementary water - small swimming pool on rooftop, not heated, limited accessibility 12-20h - entrance and ground level, at times food frying smell Questionable value for money
