“Great hotel, definitely recommend!”
The best

We have just stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We cannot fault a single part of our stay, everything was perfect. Every member of staff we met was polite helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool and bar was perfect, there were always loungers and the lifeguard was great. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and varied each day. Our room was comfortable, clean and well stocked. We used the spa which was also lovely. The hotel was clean and looked brand new, none of the walls were scuffed or furniture worn. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again.

“Good location, clean and comfortable hotel”
The best

Nice hotel in good location if you like walking. 20 minute walk along prom into old town for shops and restaurants. Hotel pool was closed for maintenance during out stay though it looked nice enough. Well worth booking or upgrading to The Level our room was spacious with a nice terrace with sea view. Access to Level lounge for drinks and snacks a great bonus. Hotel room spotless with nice comfy bed, good size bathroom and liked the Rituals products. Dominique was particularly helpful during check in.

“Just super!”
The best

Super hotel. Helpful friendly staff. Spacious room and bathroom- very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast selection. Just one stop from airport on A1 bus for 4.5 euros. Right opposite promenade walk to city or Portixol so well located. Approximately 25 minutes walk from old town. Would love to return at some point.

“Dangerous handles in the room where you can damage yourself and mold in the shower.”
The best

The location is good for an overnight stay or if someone is holding a conference in the adjacent building. The bus stop is right outside, making it easy to get to from the airport and also for the trip to the city center, which is also within walking distance for those who are able to walk. The rooms have a Nordic feel, but aren't cold. There was mold in the shower. The handles on the cabinets and the toilet door are very dangerous; they are so sharp that you can cut yourself and injure yourself on them. This is especially unacceptable for the cleaning staff, who have to deal with this daily; they are damaging their fingers. Management needs to address this immediately, and the mold in the shower must also be removed!
