The only thing I liked about this property was one of the receptionists – she was extremely professional, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us, and her service really stood out. Unfortunately, apart from her, there was nothing else I found satisfactory about the hotel

To be improved

When we booked this hotel, we specifically paid extra for a seaside view. However, we were told upon arrival that seaside rooms only exist on the 1st and 2nd floors, and instead of a beautiful beach view, we were facing concrete structures. The cleanliness was very poor — the bed linens were not changed, just straightened, and the floor was often still dusty unless we specifically requested cleaning. Even basic items like coffee and water were not replenished unless we asked for them. Everything is charged extra — even the parking and sunbeds, and the prices are quite high. The beach was also extremely crowded, so we couldn’t really enjoy the benefit of having a beach near the hotel, as it was packed and renting sunbeds was very expensive.

Reception staff checking in weren’t helpful, the TV had no signal and took 2 days to fix despite several visits to reception. Gym very basic, hotel beds at beach chargeable.
