“Outstanding Hotel!”
The best

Visited this hotel for a long weekend in Valencia. I looked at the reviews first and was happy that this was the hotel for us.Now I think its the only hotel I will stay at when we return to Valencia. From arrival to check out it felt like all the staff, from reception to the restaurant could not do enough to make our stay memorable.They are friendly and helpful despite a busy time( Fallas festival) and always have a smile on their faces. We stayed in a Level Supreme room which had everything we needed, and was spacious and relaxing. The breakfasts was plentiful, so much variety and with being a level guest meant we could order to our preferences. We dined in the restaurant on 2 other occasions as well and the food was amazing! Transport wise, it is a little out of town but taxis can drive right in front of the hotel. Buses and Trams are not far either. and the cost is cheap. We made use of the spa on a rainy day . The pool was lovely and warm. The other facilities, (steam room, turkish bath and jacuzzi) were exactly what we needed as well. Cannot fault this hotel or its staff. Exactly what all Melia hotels should be! ( See my review on ME London)

“Five stars !”
The best

It is a lovely hotel right next to the underground station. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are modern and spotless. The staff are professional and friendly. The breakfast is outstanding. The only thing that could be a bit of a downside is that you could hear your neighbours through the connecting door.

The best

Expensive, rude staff, and poor internet connection. I tried to speak with a woman at the front desk, but I was met with unusual hostility. I asked whether we had access to international TV channels, and she responded with a blunt “NO.” She was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. The internet speed is only 13 Mbps, making it impossible to have a proper conversation via Zoom or Teams. For this price, much more should be expected. I will never return to a conference at this hotel. Stay away.

“Relax”
The best

We had a wonderful stay and were truly impressed by the quality of service throughout the hotel. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience exceptional. A special mention goes to Jorge, who provided outstanding service every morning at the breakfast buffet. His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made each start to the day a real pleasure. In the evenings, Martín offered equally excellent service at dinner — welcoming, efficient, and always ensuring everything was perfect and recommended a good Valenciano wine which was delicious. We would also like to highlight the young woman doing her internship at reception. Her friendliness, proactive attitude, and willingness to help were remarkable. And of course, our sincere thanks to María, who assigned us a beautiful room on the 17th floor with truly impressive views of the city. It made our stay even more special. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations thanks to the dedication and kindness of the entire team. Highly recommended high class hotel.

“Fantastic weekend”
The best

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Stayed two nights. Beautiful, clean, staff were wonderful. Quiet, close to transport links. Metro from the airport cheap and easy. Tram to the old town and to the beach. Easy as pie. Would stay there again 💯

“Exceptional Service That Made My Stay”
The best

Lucas was absolutely wonderful during my stay at the Meliá in Valencia. He delivered room service a few times, always with a smile, and was incredibly helpful when I made a last-minute request for plates and spoons. He handled it quickly and kindly, making me feel genuinely taken care of. It’s these thoughtful moments that turn a hotel stay into a memorable experience.
