Location in the middle of the island about 30km south and 50km north. New apartment complex, nicely furnished, clean, underground parking. Nice landlady.

Good location, close to the highway, making it easy and quick to reach the airport, Las Palmas, and Maspalomas. Room cleaning every few days. Friendly host. There is an underground parking lot, and there is always a free spot for your car when you return. There are also beach towels and umbrellas.

-very quiet and safe building, -lift available, -lovely view from balcony -away from crowded areas but close to main atractions and airport (if you have a car) -your own large parking space (underground gated parking) -very clean, -very comfy bed -someone comes mid stay to clean and give new set of towels

A warm welcome by the host. The property is new, I think, everything is clean and well maintained, spacious. It's got all the amenities necessary to feel comfortable like at home. The garage is the cherry on top of the pie! Super convenient! The cleaner comes every few days to clean the apartment and change the towels so you get the best out of hotel/private accommodation worlds. Honestly the apartment looks better and more spacious than the pictures provided. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend the host and the property.
