Room was a standard room which was on the small side. I had stayed in another room a few weeks earlier which I now know to be a superior room which had a proper balcony and was much larger with an upgraded bathroom. It was very nice

Excellent location. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi. The room and balcony.

To be improved

No shade, an umbrella on the balcony would have been useful. The water wasn’t consistent in temperature, freezing cold then extremely hot when having a shower. Reported this but wasn’t resolved.

Location 10, breakfast cld od been hotter, but very good spread. 9, shame we did not look out into the square, shame no tea facilities in room, otherwise perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Shame bacon eggs was not hotter but tasted fine.
