- well equipped kitchen - smart tv that runs smooth - decently clean - close to Madrid and my sister

Couch could be changed, seems a bit old and stained Bed a bit low and not that comfy This is a must, the warm water loses pressure during showers, you end up rinsing with cold water! Area is questionable and this links it to the nr1 issue, the price, too high for this area and the stuff mentioned above

It’s not located in central Madrid as declared on the booking.com. It’s far from central. If they give extra information how to get there then it’s much easier and time saving for travellers.
