“Worst hotel”

Rooms are old and disgusting. Cracks on the walls and everything is old. No bell desk service and was impossible to get to. Would never stay here again

“Highly recommend”

The best

I stayed here for four nights in September 2025 and I highly recommend it for anyone going to Alicante. It's right in the city centre with all the bars and restaurants on your doorstep and it's a five minute walk from the main beach and tram to other parts of the city. All the staff we met, especially Juan, were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the cleaning staff called everyday to our room. This hotel is on one of the main streets in Alicante and our room had a little balcony where we watched all the comings and goings of city life. We were not disturbed by any street noise at night.

“Perfectly situated”

Great hotel in a perfect location close to the old and new town and also the beach. We had a superior double which overlooked the main tree lined road so it had lots of shade. Can be noisy and busy if the windows are open, however air con worked perfectly so we didn’t open it much. Rooms very clean, perfectly comfortable bed and pillows and clean fresh bathrooms. Only downside is only one lift so you sometimes have to wait a while! Great value for money and we will return

“Location was great, close to the beach, right in the middle of the most popular area in the city. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. · Cons: We just didn’t like the recurring unpleasent smell in the room as if there were a gas leakage somewhere. However, we couldn’t identify its source.”

“Worth it!”

The best

We booked the room with the terrace and city view and it was amazing! The room is spacious(enough for us two), clean and modern. They cleaned the room everyday and they have an option to change the towels how you like (on the floor = change, on the hanger = leave them). We even stumbled upon a gay parade, we were on the third floor and let me tell you the terrace door had amazing soundproffing! The AC was on during out entire stay, the minifridge had some drinks but there was room for our stuff too. The room even had a kettle and a few complimentary coffee and tea bags. No breakfast but there is a supermarket maybe 10m from the hotel and a lot of cute shops, breakfast spots and fast food restaurants All in all, worth the money!
