Would have liked mirrors in the bedrooms and a full length mirror.

Every move we made in bed it made a sound. If one needed to go to toilet in middle of the night the other would wake up because of the noise the bed made. There was a "nightstand" on my side that was a plank attached to the wall which was pointing down a bit so could not put anything on it as it would slide off. There were no little litter bins in the bathrooms. Very annoying! The coffee machine was broken. There were stools on the little balcony which were terrible to sit on. The pictures on Booking looked better than it was in reality. The frying pan in the kitchen was badly scratched it wasn´t usable. They offered a parking spot but that wasn´t underneath the building. Was quite a walk away.

We had booked to stay in the property for a month. We noticed that there was an iron but no ironing board, this we overcame minor hiccup. However, the response from the agency and owner was very disappointing. We sent three messages and spoke to the agency twice over the first two weeks, on each occasion they told us to go and look for the board as it was there. It wasn't. After three weeks we were informed by the agency that the owner would message us to arrange a visit with a new ironing board. This did not happen. The changeover of clean bedding was a bit hit and miss. The first week we had to chase the agency, the second week we laundered the sheets etc ourselves, the third week we waiting in the property at a time agreed with the agency and there was no show, we received a message later that evening when we were out for dinner. We declined the offer of sheets.

Before our coming The ocean rentals confirmed our check in at 2 PM. Once we arrived we were informed that the cleaning of the apartment is still being conducted and that check in is at 3 PM. When we came at 3 PM it came out that keys were locked in apartment and the ocean rentals do not have another pair of keys. They had to call the owner. We were waiting one hour in front of apartment for the keys. The apartment was not clean, floors and dishes were dirty. There were many ants inside mainly around and on the table. One part of the wall (in the room with two beds) stinks like there is some dirty air outlet behind it.

Road was a little noisy at times, but not a problem for sleeping as bedrooms are not at front of property. Although the beds were very comfortable, the pillows weren't (too soft and lumpy for our liking).
