“Dull”

The best

Not much, really, considering the price of our stay. Location was convenient, yet, I guess you have to love Barcelona to appreciate it. To us this city area was in general a bit trashy

To be improved

Elevator did not work. We had to go up to 6th floor by foot time and time again. Small and very basic apartment without any heart put into it, apart from making the photos which were much better than reality.

“Disappointing stay- translate and read all reviews”

Location was good, size of apartment is good. Washer, dryer was good. Three bathrooms.

It's very dated and mouldy, the pictures are probably from when the apartment was newly done a long time ago. There was no basic amenities in the house, like even a hand wash, or a kitchen scrub scissors or tea towels. We had to buy shower gel, kitchen sponge, bin bags, tea bags. The bed was sagging in the middle and uncomfortable. The attached bathroom smelled really bad (apparently due to disuse) for 3 days of the 4 days we stayed there. Most of the dining room chairs were broken, toilet roll holders broken, bathroom door broken, light bulbs missing, bathroom doors are mouldy, walls are just dirty... it just needs maintenance! There is a €90 charge for cleaning but the place did not feel clean or maintained at all.
