The bathroom was very small and the shower had a plastic curtain

The tiny size of our room for three, and the bathroom with some imperfections.

The room was very small, when we booked it, it said the room was for three people, not sure where you would fit the third person. Beds which were two twins, were very basic. Shortage of shelf storage, especially in the bathroom. The cold water pressure was very poor, meaning you risked being scalded in the shower and barely any cold water from taps to even brush your teeth. The hot food offering at breakfast was bordering on cold and needs lots of improvement to be kept warm. The staff, apart from the guy in the pool bar who was pleasant, were very sullen and grumpy.

For a supposed dog friendly hotel, the hotel isn't that dog friendly. Dogs are not permitted basically anywhere in the hotel aside from the lobby and your room. This locked off the pool, terrace and restaurant. Don't get me wrong, the staff were very kind with our dog and he got lots of pets but being restricted so much was a new experience for us. If you just want somewhere to sleep then this isn't an issue, but if you want a full hotel experience with your dog be aware this isn't available here.
