I didn’t like the staff and they’re absolutely inadequate and slow check in.The people working on the reception are underage which for a four star hotel is unacceptable

“The worst 4 nights in Barcelona”

Only the AC was cold and great

One of the worst hotels in Barcelona, imagine booking a 4 star hotel and when you request for an iron they tell you to come to the reception to take it because there is no one to help. Also the room is too small and the housekeeping is available only until 2:30 pm after that no one could clean your room ( it is a 4 star hotel)!

“Would come stay again”

The beds are amazing and the room looked very clean. I like how the walls had a painting thing that isn’t a overkill.

To be improved

Every good so far. The only odd thing I found was that there only half of a shower wall thing so if the shower head not position correctly water can seep outside the bathroom. But overall I am satisfied with the visit.

“Shattered glass in the room”

Pros: the location is good, many supermarkets and cafes are around. Cons: the cleanliness. Very very low. When we checked it we found out that there was a shattered glass all over the room. The receptionist didn’t do anything (she said that she didn’t see anything) except bringing us a vacuum cleaner and we vacuumed ourselves!!!! The next days the “cleaning” was folding the towels and making the bed. No cleaning the bathroom or the floor. I also found a pillow case in my suitcase. So if you want a clean room- they is not the place.

“SERVICE ... Elevated and Appreciated”

This is our second stay at this property, and subsequently my second review within the past month. In our initial review, we raised several concerns relating to our room, breakfast service, and refreshment provisions (stay 1-7 Nov). On returning for our second stay ( 12-15 Nov), it was immediately evident that our feedback had been taken seriously. The attention given to the issues we raised was clear, and we were genuinely thrilled with the changes implemented. These improvements were prompt, thoughtful, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction rather than any direct benefit to the hotel. A special thank you to Fernanda C. and his team for their professionalism and responsiveness. We absolutely loved our room — it was a welcomed treat — and the complimentary cava was an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. Thank you. Your efforts significantly enhanced the overall quality of our stay, and the positive changes did not go unnoticed.
