“Nicely designed modern comfortable hotel with helpful staff and useful parking option if driving”
The best

I was travelling with my grown up daughters and it was the most comfortable of all the hotels in terms of accomodating us as a three. The extra single bed they put in was a proper bed (we have had uncomfortable sofa beds etc for the rest of the trip). The room was a generous size so the extra bed did not feel too intrusive. The style of the hotel is moderm and it is well designed. The car park was very handy, although it does cost extra per night to leave the car there. The breakfast was buffet style and good.

To be improved

The location could have been better. It was a 10/15 minute walk into the historic centre - which isn't too bad, but it's not a very attractive or pleasant walk as it is along a main road and surrounded by 70's tower blocks. However, we did feel safe.

“Clean and welcoming, modern hotel”
The best

This was a great hotel! Modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to welcome and take care of us. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet and roomy. Everything was tip-top. Short walk into the center. Paid parking in the garage or free parking across the street.

To be improved

Coffee in the room is not essential but is always a nice touch.

“Great hotel with a great staff in a great location of Lugo.”
The best

The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful and they will clearly do anything to please the customer. The hotel design was nice and the room and bed were comfortable. The location was great, conveniently situated very close to the walled Casco Viejo. The onsite parking is another plus. Although this hotel did not have a gym, they have an agreement with a great local gym just a 5 minute walk away, which offers day passes at a really affordable cost.
