A lovely retreat after busy days. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. Perfect location for walking to see many sites in Barcelona.

Just home from this gem of a hotel. Great location - we walked everywhere in the city from here - and there was always a nice vibe as you stepped outside as the bars & eateries have outdoor seating in the square adjacent to the hotel. Didn't try breakfast as we were busy, but there are bakeries literally around the corner which we used every morning. Bed was comfy, shower was powerful & toiletries were available, lovely touch having a water tap so we could refill our water bottles every morning. It was absolutely silent at night and we slept so well every night. Staff on reception were lovely & welcoming. We stayed in a deluxe room with a terrace and the room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space & a coffee machine. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again!

My mother and I traveled here for a 3 day stay and had an absolute wonderful time! The hotel was very boutique with modern rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Loves having a little terrace to go out onto in the late afternoons. Breakfast was a great touch as well and a bear little courtyard to sit in both inside and out. The people at the front desk were very helpful during stay and the location was absolutely perfect! Easy wall to many different attractions, places to eat and to catch the hop on hop off bus tour! Loved it and highly recommend!

Booked this accommodation via AirBNB for6 nights. Check in was easy as there is 24hr reception. Found reception staff particularly Mark very helpful and obliging, booking taxis, & restaurant recommendations. He had a good knowledge of the local area. House keeping be Dahiana was excellent, room was cleaned to perfection on a daily basis. Great breakfast with a good variety of choices, dining room staff were also particularly friendly and helpful. Would night recommend Meson Hotel Barcelona.

Slightly pricey, but worth it for a lovely hotel and fantastic location. Only 3-4 minutes walk down a quiet sidestreet from Universitat metro where the aerporto bus also drops you off. Universitat metro can also take you direct to Plaza Catalunya; Sagrada Familia; estacion autobus nord (arc de trompf) and Plaza espana (for mont juic). You are also 5 minutes walk from Las Ramblas. Hotel is spotlessly clean and has a great buffet breakfast with a lot of hot and cold food vhoices. My room had a lovely mini terrace with deckchair. Would recommend for style & convenience
