“Good value, convenient and big apartment”
The best

Excellent location. In the city centre, but quiet. The apartment is very spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen is well equipped. There are washing machine and cloth rack. Good value. Highly recommended!

“Location! Apt size was good too. · Cons: We booked the room for 4 nights. Upon checking in, we realized AC wasn't working. Spend the night without AC. Since they don't have office hours after 6pm,, a guy showed up next day. He tried to play with the thermostat but it didn't work. He moved us to a different room, which was much better. I had booked a superior room but I think initially they gave us a standard room. Newer room was much better. Also, I requested a checkout for Noon as my daughter wasn't feeling well. Got denied. I asked if I could leave my luggage for couple of hrs, it got denied as well. They don't have storage facility.”

The best

We had great time in Granada and having a central place with nice A/C and good beds helped a lot. Ice cream just outside the door was amazing.

To be improved

Location is good but also the biggest problem as it can get really noisy especially around midnight when the cafés/restaurants on Trinidad Square are closing and they all throw away glass to the glass container below the window of the main bedroom. Kitchen is also very small and could have more cutting knives than one.

The best

The location is excellent, the apartment was spotless and nicely laid out. The apartment clearly merits a 10/10. My only complaint - and this is not unusual with this type of apartment - is that getting the code/keys/whatever is not always easy. It would be very nice to have an email/texting or toll-free phone to call for access. We had to ask someone coming out to help us in and to help us contact the management. Also, it would be helpful to have instructions on use of the electric stove. Not all of us are familiar with such devices. But the apartment itself is perfect.

To be improved

As above, entry could be made more convenient. I never feel sure that I'm going to be able to get into one of these apartments.
