Most part of spa facilities was out of service. I think it's because of closing for renovation, but it was unexpected

The bathroom did not have all the necessary amenities, the room was cold, we had to change it. The breakfast had a very limited choice. It takes a very long time to call a taxi, inconvenient transportation
