“Amazing relaxing stay”

The best

Stunning hotel, amazing view of the sea. Room was excellent, house keeping always ensures you had fresh towels (even changing them twice a day!) We had breakfast included which had amazing options, including freshly made omelettes, eggs Benedict etc. Pool was huge and definitely enough sunbeds to accommodate for every guest. Two restaurants on site, we tried both and they were excellent! We drove from the UK so parking was important. Valet parking was charged but exceptional service, always happy to help bringing the car in/ out, under cover and secure. Great poolside snacks available as well as cocktails. (Padel/tennis court is opposite the hotel as well as jet ski rental on the beach)

To be improved

Only bad thing is a lot of the time we were waiting on food/ drink service on the sunbeds. Our recommendation would be a QR code to order, as we know we would’ve spent a lot more. We drove so location wasn’t a problem however everywhere we wanted to go was at least 20 minutes away.

Big and comfortable room, nice hotel beach area, excellent breakfast, good restaurants and tasty food. Extremely friendly and professional staff and service. Exceptional cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.

To be improved

Double long chairs at the beach and pool area make no sense, because singles occupy 2 places. Go green policy of the hotel should include that the lightning at the balconies would be switched of automatically during the day. Music at the pool area and some evenings in the restaurants too loud, couldn't hardly speak together.
