“If you really want to stay in the center of Madrid is great. The apartment is beautiful.But make sure you check or ask if there's an event , because having a car is really a problem for parking and driving. · Cons: We didn't have a lot of comunicación, We traveled from Portugal in a Van, and going to the center with a van it's almost impossible to park. Also, we didn't know they had a Huge Festival and almost all the parking and streets were closed or Full. We never found a parking spot and we couldn't stay there so I lost all my money and had to stay in another place with my family after driving 5 hours from Portugal.”

Ramona was very kind and let us store our luggage after check out. The location of the apartment is great and it doesn't feel noisy.

To be improved

The shower cubicle is too small and the shower door cannot be closed and water flows out. The lock on the apartment door is not easy to lock and open.

The location was fantastic and we were glad we didn’t have to climb stairs further than the second floor.

To be improved

Everything was great other than our check-in was delayed because the cleaning was not completed on time.
